Terms of Service

By using HalalRO you agree to these terms. This is a local service (Bucharest & Ilfov) with limited delivery days.

Orders are online payment only. We authorize an amount within your caps and capture the final total at packing (T‑1).
Variable‑weight items (kg) are finalized at packing. We never exceed your per‑item caps.
Delivery slots have limited capacity; your order may be rejected if the slot becomes full before confirmation.
Perishable goods may have return exceptions. If an item is unavailable, substitutions/refunds follow your preferences.
You can manage WhatsApp opt‑ins separately (transactional vs marketing).
