Returns & Refunds

We’ll always make it right. Perishable and food items may have return exceptions under Romanian law; refunds are handled case-by-case.

Missing or wrong item: we refund or replace (based on your substitution preference).
Damaged items: contact support as soon as possible with details.
Perishable items: may not be returnable, but we still resolve quality issues fairly.
Variable-weight (kg): final weight is confirmed at packing within your caps.
