HalalRO is a local halal grocery delivery service for Timișoara & Arad. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

Account: phone number (E.164), locale, and optional name/email.
Orders: items, delivery address, delivery slot, totals, and support messages.
Technical: limited logs needed for security and fraud prevention (hashed identifiers when possible).

What we use it for

To fulfill orders, deliver groceries, handle payments, and provide support.
To comply with legal obligations (invoicing, food and e‑commerce rules).
To protect the service (rate limiting, abuse prevention, audit logs).

WhatsApp communications

WhatsApp transactional messages are OFF by default and require explicit opt‑in.
Marketing messages are a separate opt‑in.
You can change your preferences anytime in Account → Settings.

Retention

We keep order and invoice records as required by law. Other data is minimized and retained only as needed.

You can request access, correction, or deletion where applicable. Contact us using the support link.
